Shipping Information

What shipping methods are available?

Once you purchase a product we will ship it to you using the fastest and most secure over the road carrier.

How long will it take to get my package?

The time it takes for you to receive your product, depends on your location. If you are located in Nairobi or nearby towns, you will receive your product the same day. If you are more than 5 hours from Nairobi, you will receive your product the next day.

How do I track my order?

At the top of the page, click on the ‘Track your order” menu. Then enter your order ID (found in your order confirmation email) and the billing email that you used during checkout. Then click on “Track” button.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need to open an account to place an order. However you will need to provide your name and location information. You will also need a valid email and phone number to enable us to process and deliver your order.

What if I don't receive my product on time?

We will do everything possible to deliver your product within the stipulated time depending on your location. In the event of unforeseeable circumstances that prevent us from delivering your order on time, we will notify you of the delay. If you do not receive your product within 3 days irrespective of your location within the country, please contact us immediately.

What if I receive my item and it's damaged?

Every item delivered to you will require your signature confirming receipt. If you receive an item and there are clear signs of damage, you do not have to accept it. If the item is damaged, just note it on the delivery document and indicate the type of damage, and have the delivery person return it. Remember to take a picture of damage and email to us. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Can I return my item after purchase?

Electronic items or any powered items can only be returned if they were faulty on arrival. Test your item immediately upon receipt to confirm that it works. If the item does not function as expected, you must request to return it within the same day. Other items can be returned within 3 days but will incur a re-stocking fee depending on the type of item.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, select the item/items that you wish to purchase and add them to your cart. When you are done shopping, click “checkout”. Enter your billing details and click “place order’. Follow the instructions to pay via MPESA.
